Hello Dovetail team- I'm having some issues with recently uploaded videos. The transcript has processed for all of them (8 in total) but I am unable to review the video for 7/8 (there is an overlaid message of "Processing, come back soon..." - this has been for the past 3 hours). Thanks in advance for any assistance Edited to add: I tried re-uploading videos and while they seemed to work initially, once the transcript was generated the videos would no longer play and generated the message above

I'm looking to expand our use of Dovetail from UX research to market research and am curious whether others have best practices that they follow or any resources they might point me to to help get my team off on the right foot. TIA!

Hello Dovetail folks- I've added metadata fields to insights and data objects that I'd like to be able to track. I was hoping to use charts to do this, but it seems that charts doesn't access metadata- is there another mechanism for exploring metadata? TIA for your help!

GM- between last night and this morning, a video disappeared from the our transcription note (the transcript remains). The video is not in trash - would be glad for an assist to recover it. Thanks.
