Improving Theme Clustering and Insights Workflow Best Practices
Hi all, I’m currently using the Highlight Board in a project to cluster emerging themes and insights, and I’m curious how others approach this part of their workflow. Specifically:
Do you rely on tags to group highlights for clustering?
Any tips for making the theme-highlight-insight workflow more efficient or scalable?
