Hi all, I’m currently using the Highlight Board in a project to cluster emerging themes and insights, and I’m curious how others approach this part of their workflow.

Do you rely on tags to group highlights for clustering?
Any tips for making the theme-highlight-insight workflow more efficient or scalable?
