Mirjam D. was this issue resolved for you? Our team is having this same issue of lagging, and not just with highlights and tagging in transcripts -- if I try to create a new group of tags on a tag board the new group doesn't show up until I reload, and sometimes have to do so multiple times. Will try using Safari and see if that fixes it.
