This is cool and got our Linear manager excited. However, he can't find the dovetail integration "switch" anywhere in Linear, and Dovetail throws the message that there's no access. What could be the problem? I couldn't find any documentation on this.

Miriam Donath Safari makes it better, but I still get lags sometimes and I also need to reload in general sometimes when working intensely with the data. Dovetail has definitely known faster times 😅 But yes, Safari is better than Chrome.

Thanks for asking! They're not even that long. Around 30 min. And since we've only just started using Dovetail, I have only 5 interviews in this project with maybe 10-15 tags. (I've used it before though, and in my memory Dovetail was always normal/fast/like you'd expect)

We haven't done those yet, tbh. Maybe userinterviews.com would suit your needs. They seem pretty steady, but I don't have hands-on experience with them. Longer interviews I've usually been running through our own pools, or external recruiting and then simply with a video call service (zoom, google)
