Has anyone else experienced an issue of transcriptions failing due to size? We have had many other transcriptions done that is much bigger, so I don´t understand.

Thanks for reaching out. 👋 We'll be happy to look into this for you. To do so, could you provide us with the following:
1. Try using an alternative transcription service. You can set a different transcription provider for your workspace by going to Settings Transcription> and selecting AWS or Assembly AI in the drop-down down as shown below:

Once this is done, would you be able to try uploading the videos again to see if it's working as expected now?
If that doesn't work can you:
1. Provide the browser URL of the failed transcription
2. Provide the file
3. Grant our team access to your workspace by completing the steps below:
