Issues with Transcriptions Failing Due to Size Limits
Has anyone else experienced an issue of transcriptions failing due to size? We have had many other transcriptions done that is much bigger, so I don´t understand.

Hi Andrea, Thanks for reaching out. 👋 We'll be happy to look into this for you. To do so, could you provide us with the following: 1. Try using an alternative transcription service. You can set a different transcription provider for your workspace by going to Settings Transcription> and selecting AWS or Assembly AI in the drop-down down as shown below:
Once this is done, would you be able to try uploading the videos again to see if it's working as expected now? If that doesn't work can you: 1. Provide the browser URL of the failed transcription 2. Provide the file 3. Grant our team access to your workspace by completing the steps below:
