Hi, I am aware of the export options, but exporting all highlights will export ALL highlights and not just them on the board, right? And cluster names and comments will not be exported with them? Exporting as a PNG is also well and all, but then I still have to go to Copilot to actually get the data out?

I asked them to screenshot and run it through Copilot, but that shouldn´t be necessary in my opinion

I also agree with this. We are a large organization who was just told that we must have the privacy functions to adhere to GDPR, but out department does not have the budget to pay for the full enterprise solution. We are already told that Dovetail licenses are too expensive for the departments, so adding the cost to the users is absolutely not feasible. I think this is an EU thing. If Dovetail wants to win on the EU market, GDPR compliance cannot be locked down in extremely expensive plans. It should be standard in every plan available..

Just FYI, uploading data and transcription is also insanely slow. It takes more than an hour to upload 15 interviews.

Hi Jazmin, I am expecting it to use both notes, and not only one on them, which is what it is doing 🙂 Contextual chat was used within Insights to look for any duplication of quotes within the Insights created, and in the data tab to look for additional Insights that we may have missed with the Magic Insights 🙂
