Concerns About Dovetail's Customer Support Hours for CET Users
Hey there, I have a question or rather concern about the customer support availability hours, which seem to cover only US-adjacent time zones. I am in CET, which means that if I have an issue (which I do have), within 24 hours I can ask a question and receive an answer ~8 hours later. And if I do have a follow up question (which I again, do), I find myself in the same loop. The alternative being me staying up until 01:00 - 02:00 am to try and resolve my issue. So I guess I am trying to ask, is Dovetail's message with this that only US-adjacent businesses are welcome? Our contract with Dovetail is up for renewal soon, would be great to understand where we stand before that. Thanks!
