Issues with Chat and Magic Insights Performance: User Concerns

Hi, I have gotten many reports the last few days of Chat not reponding/giving error messages/being slow, and just generally not being as good as usual. We have also noticed that Magic Insights suddenly have stopped linking to data in the quotes. I have looked at the status of Magic features, but it doesn´t look like there are any persisting errors? Are we just not able to link to data anymore and is chat made bad on purpose? Many of my users have completely stopped using Chat and magic insights due to this, so I am a bit worried it´s not actually an error.
