Visibility Issue: Unable to Identify User Status in Dovetail

Hi Dovetail team, wasn't sure if this is a bug or a design oversight but there's no way for me to see who the remaining 4 users are. There's no next button, or show more button. Or is it because these 4 people are deactivated and not deleted? • But still - there's no way for me to tell who is in which status

Hi Raymond, Stepping in for Cam while he is away. Our team is still investigating this matter. I note that the common theme among these users is that they have not added their First and Last name to their profile (most likely authenticated for the first time with Google or Microsoft, which does not request this information). Can you have these users navigate to ⚙ Settings → Account. In the text box under Name, enter their updated name. This will be saved automatically and updated across the workspace. Let us know once the above is actioned 😊

Thank you Jazmin. I can pass on that instruction, but unsure of the success rate since the people in the list that aren't highly engaged with Dovetail right now. I only started noticing this issue recently. Could it be to do with the recent SSO changes?

I checked the user logs and they all created their account using Google as the authentication. When creating your account through Google you are not asked for your Name in the account creation process. So, this is not SSO related. Our team is still looking into this. I think we may be filtering them out since there is no associated name. I'll follow up as soon as I have an update for you.

Thanks - yes it's worked. I see '141 of 141 users'; their names are just their email addresses and that's fine with me. Cheers!
