Understanding Video Upload and Processing Times for Users

❓ looking to hear from users what’s your typical upload/processing time for videos? are there any conditions that skew the duration higher? Trying to gauge how slow a competitor is compared to Dovetail. The competitor’s is really bad so trying to make a case to switch.

usually 1-5 minutes per video depending on the length of the video. Sometimes i've had it be a bit longer, but they've usually been from atypical file types or when I'm bulk uploading like 25+ interviews all at once since it seems to process them in a queue.

upload is like 1 min for an hour video (I'm on full fibre). Processing I haven't timed but it feels somewhere between 5-10 mins

processing and transcribing actually took 2 mins for a 30 min video!
