what’s your typical upload/processing time for videos?
are there any conditions that skew the duration higher?
Trying to gauge how slow a competitor is compared to Dovetail. The competitor’s is really bad so trying to make a case to switch.
I think it would only need inclusion if their data were training a model for public use. If their data are being used internally only (as stated in the consent form etc) and being used in analysis by internal (contained/walled) tools, then I don’t see the need.
📥 A client I'm supporting with Dovetail -- an issue with Magic Search having a bug where the filters are not producing the right list of results (e.g., 7 results instead of 49). Can I chat with Support to look into this? They have a report due soon.
I’m currently engaging with a (truly subpar UX) platform that gave me an idea of what an interaction could look like for this. Happy to chat about it when you are actively working on this functionality.
I agree it’s definitely a needed feature! I’m sure someone’s submitted the feature request. Maybe search there and upvote, or submit it if there isn’t one!
I recommend you insert something into the transcript as a marker, which allows you to highlight. For example, I use brackets to indicate anything added to the transcript. e.g., [user clicked the __ button instead of the __ button]
