Hello, Does anyone know how to summarise the content that's in a search block? I'm trying to generate a summary on an insight but it's saying there isn't enough content there to do so.
Hello! I have a question about the JIRA Service Management Integration with Channels. Can we feed a Dovetail Channel with a specific JIRA support ticket issue type, or does the integration only work by feeding through all our support ticket types?
Hello! I imported some survey results as a CSV and when looking at the insight I was delighted to see it's transformed some of the numerical based results into groovy interactive graphs! 📈 This is a great feature!
My question is... is it possible to copy these auto-generated graphs from this insight into another insight? Everything that's been auto generated by Dovetail seems to be quite locked down to this insight and I'm not able to edit it.
This also includes the summaries that have been generated from the open responses. Does anyone have experience with using this feature? Thank you!
