How to Download All Canvas Notes and Highlights: Tips Needed

I have a user asking if its possible to download all the notes on the canvas(including highlights, cluster names, comments, insights). I can only find the option to download all highlights in a project, but nothing about downloading a board. Does anyone have any tips to solve this?

the only thing i can think of is that you used to be able to download an image of the canvas (and not really good res, at that), but i struggle to find that option in the current UI

I asked them to screenshot and run it through Copilot, but that shouldn´t be necessary in my opinion

Hi Andrea, Thanks for reaching out. 👋 Happy to help out! Our export options can be found here. I'm following up with our team regarding the option to download an image of the Canvas, as I no longer see it as an option. I'll follow up once I have an update for you 😊

Hi, I am aware of the export options, but exporting all highlights will export ALL highlights and not just them on the board, right? And cluster names and comments will not be exported with them? Exporting as a PNG is also well and all, but then I still have to go to Copilot to actually get the data out?

Thanks, Andrea. These are the only options we offer at this time. I'll submit a feature request on your behalf to be able to export highlights based on how a Canvas is filtered. 😊
