Issues with Transcription Queued Status on Uploaded Videos

Hi, I've been stuck on 'transcription' queued status for hours on uploaded videos, and I've tried deleting them and re-uploading. Is a service down?

Apologies, we did have an incident related to video export and transcription this morning. It was resolved ~2hrs ago, but please let me know if you are still experiencing issues.

On insight cards, highlighted text is always yellow. This means when the card is yellow it's impossible to see what's highlighted.

🪲Bug: When I tag text in a note, the tag and associated coloured highlight on the text no longer appear for me. I have to refresh the page to make it show. This is frustrating as it means I can't check what I have tagged, open the tag to edit it, drag the highlight handles to cover a different portion of the text etc. I'm using the latest version of Chrome
