Daria M. Thanks for chiming in! It sounds like you have things under control. If you don't mind me asking, how many meta data fields do you have per contact? I realize that we might be in a somewhat unusual situation also, where most of our users and their information are unavailable to us. This is due to contractual and legal restraints. In most cases we can't match dovetail contacts with an existing database, at least for now. But we do know a lot about the account (client/company) they are connected to. Therefore, a way to handle accounts/companies in a similar way to contacs would be great for us. Perhaps we're an edge case in this.

Emi F. My bad. I thought creating insights from questions/summarizations gave the same options as when doing it from clustered highlights (see below), but it doesn't. Maybe add that as a feature request?
